We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses that carriers cannot serve reliably. Jewelry parcels, home decor items, and fragile pieces may require delivery confirmation or a street address supported by the courier network. If an unsupported address is used, we may contact you for an alternative address before dispatch. If a suitable address cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
