If your country is available at checkout, you can place the order directly. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses that carriers cannot serve reliably. Jewelry parcels, home decor items, and fragile pieces may require delivery confirmation or a street address supported by the courier network. If an unsupported address is used, we may contact you for an alternative address before dispatch. If a suitable address cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Order Processing

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, most in-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the item, packaging, accessories, and any gift box as soon as the parcel is delivered, and keep all packaging until you confirm the item is in good condition.
