This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where Buddha Auras ships, how long delivery usually takes, and how delivery issues are handled for jewelry, spiritual accessories, home decor, ritual items, and related products ordered from our store.

1. Shipping Countries & Locations

We currently ship to selected major international destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and many countries in Europe.

Available destinations may change based on carrier coverage, parcel weight, product type, customs rules, and local delivery conditions. If your country is available at checkout, you can place the order directly. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at [email protected] and we will check whether shipment is possible.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses that carriers cannot serve reliably. Jewelry parcels, home decor items, and fragile pieces may require delivery confirmation or a street address supported by the courier network. If an unsupported address is used, we may contact you for an alternative address before dispatch. If a suitable address cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Order Processing

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, most in-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Some products may require extra checking for material, size, bead count, chain length, natural stone pattern, accessory matching, protective packaging, or warehouse transfer before dispatch.

Pre-order, made-to-order, customized, engraved, or peak-season items may require additional preparation time. If an item needs more time than usual, we will contact you by email.

When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the courier receives the package.

Transit times can vary, so the times below are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. They are counted from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

• Australia and New Zealand: usually about 10-15 days after dispatch

Delivery may be affected by carrier routing, customs processing, local delivery speed, holidays, weather, remote-area handling, address verification, and other factors outside our control. Expedited shipping may be available for selected destinations and products where supported by the carrier.

Available delivery options and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment. The available options and final total may vary based on destination, parcel weight, parcel size, product type, and the available delivery method.

Statues, singing bowls, decor pieces, gift packaging, and other larger or fragile items may affect parcel size, weight, and available delivery options. Import duties, customs fees, taxes, or brokerage charges may be collected by local authorities or carriers and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Jewelry, Decor, and Fragile Item Handling

Bracelets, necklaces, rings, beads, pendants, statues, singing bowls, incense holders, and decor items are packed with appropriate protective materials for international transit. Please inspect the item, packaging, accessories, and any gift box as soon as the parcel is delivered, and keep all packaging until you confirm the item is in good condition.

6. Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, mailbox, parcel locker, or the local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Please enter your shipping address carefully. Delays, failed delivery, return shipping, or reshipment may be affected by incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect a parcel.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing accessories, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and any damaged parts. After verification, we will help with a replacement, refund, exchange, or other appropriate solution.
