We currently ship to selected major international destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and many countries in Europe.
Available destinations may change based on carrier coverage, parcel weight, product type, customs rules, and local delivery conditions. If your country is available at checkout, you can place the order directly. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at [email protected] and we will check whether shipment is possible.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses that carriers cannot serve reliably. Jewelry parcels, home decor items, and fragile pieces may require delivery confirmation or a street address supported by the courier network. If an unsupported address is used, we may contact you for an alternative address before dispatch. If a suitable address cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, most in-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Bracelets, necklaces, rings, beads, pendants, statues, singing bowls, incense holders, and decor items are packed with appropriate protective materials for international transit. Please inspect the item, packaging, accessories, and any gift box as soon as the parcel is delivered, and keep all packaging until you confirm the item is in good condition.
