- Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include:

- Used or damaged items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@buddhaauras.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Return Instructions: We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the Item: Please ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Inspection & Approval: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
- Refund Method: The original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after approval. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- What’s Refunded: Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping fees and additional services (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
